HHD, 205th Military Intelligence Brigade is located at the Abrams Complex in Frankfurt.
The brigade has a strength or 1,250 soldiers.
The 205th MI Brigade has fielded several new imagery and collection systems in the past year, including
Guardrail Common Sensor Airborne Collection System
Tactical Radar Correlator (TRAC)
Imagery Processing and Dissemination System (IPDS)
1st MI Battalion
1st MI Bn headquarters is located in Wiesbaden. Its primary mission is to provide V Corps and national consumers with aerial intelligence coverage.
165th MI Battalion
The 165th is located in Darmstadt and provides counterintelligence (CI), interrogation of POWs (IPW), electronic warfare (EW), electronic (ELINT) and communications (COMINT) intelligence, and long-range surveillance (LRS) in support of V Corps.
302nd MI Battalion
Located in Frankfurt, the battalion's mission includes day and night radar imagery support. |
